The Royal Astronomical Society designated Jasper, Alberta as a Dark Sky Preserve in 2011. This was due to its limited light pollution that creates ideal conditions for dark sky viewing. Jasper is one of 17 designated Dark Sky Preserves in Canada. The JaspYour task today:
- Research the inclusion/exclusion of Indigenous people in the history of Canada’s National Parks
